Hotel needs a refurb, rooms are very tired, same as the Pool area, needs new flooring, tiles are missing in pool. Not had Room cleaned form1 day, so No water bottles( so I went out and bought some) . No Toilet roll, no new towels, no new sheets, no coffee, no sugar, no tea, the list goes on. So today saw cleaner who was next door, told her I need room cleaned today as I am going out. Returned to find room as I left it.. Piss poor Hotel.

Decent but no internet in evening/night

1. Internet meltdown during the evening . That's a dealbreaker 2.5 mbps is not practical for anything .in 2024 internet is crucial 2. Bed is wabelly, and moves/slides forward to create a gap on pillowed side . Pillow fall on floor between headrest to bed. 3. Outlets are broken and don't fit any type of plug 4. Use the "stupid" key deposit system (1000 baht) . Key operate the AC and they give you only one unless you ask for two. This belongs to the past. Good: 1. Some Rooms are decent 2. Rooftop Pool is practical and fine 3. AC is great 4. Reception stuff was great. 5. Shower is fine , stream was manageable . 6. TV is ok with easy access to plug a streaming device ( just ..there is no internet at evening so ... well..) Stayed one night , The internet is a deal breaker for us , so not sure if we will come back but if you don't need internet , it might be worth checking if price is below 23$ Good luck

I hadn’t really been party to the details about booking this hotel, but was aware of the cost and was expecting a lot worse. It’s nicer than expected (though could do with implementing room maintenance checks and better wifi, hint hint) and I absolutely cannot fault the room security, air conditioning, water pressure or very nice rooftop pool qualities. If I visit Pattaya again on the same budgets, I would shortlist to stay again.

The hotel is a medium sized. The room is in a good size and functional. The location is located on Pratumnak soi 5, easy to find with google maps. The location is very convenient and easy accessed. It is tugged away in a Soi (sub-street) which gives you peace and quiet, but still easy to get around. What remarkable about this hotel is the staff. They are very accommodating. The reception is welcoming and hospitable. Chet, the bellboy and transfer man is very helpful. We had dinner at the hotel once and had a few meals+snack with the hotel restaurant. The food is good and reasonable price.

Absolutely beautiful hotel not to far away from the beach food was outstanding the staff went out of there way to make sure we enjoyed our stay nothing is to much for the staff here polite curtious at all times. Pool bar was perfect beautiful views beautiful sunsets bar staff were fantastic so polite and helpful
